Pricing

This page is meant as a guide only. Pricing is subjective and we will work to ensure our pricing is accurate, however, we cannot guarantee pricing simply based on a guide. This is the rough guide we go by and we will try and get as close to the pricing as possible. Our stated price is $150 per hour. Some areas may be cheaper and some may take longer to complete than our customers expect.

The following should help you get some reasonable idea of how much something will cost before you contact us. It is helpful because you can add these numbers into a business plan or a budget.

We charge $150 per hour for website design services. This is our mainstay function and on the lower end of the spectrum for design companies. There is no average, but an easy one-page website should take no more than five hours if we know what the client's vision is. A three to five page site should take around ten hours. A ten to fifteen page website should be around twenty hours. This is only the website design service. Other services may be more.

Our base price is $100 per hour for this ongoing service. We have multiple options here on how we can assist our clients. We will focus on both organic growth and outreach. For organic growth, we use the only proven strategy that works for Instagram and Twitter, where we will spend one hour per day on each site and interact with people in your market segment as your business who don't follow your business. This is the only proven organic growth method for those two social outlets. We work for one hour (or more if directed by our client) each per day. This interaction helps increase your growth. We also can facilitate paid followers, where we pay Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and a host of others to find potentially good targeted followers and create campaigns for our clients based on how much you want to spend on the paid growth. As for outreach, we will be happy to spend time replying to every comment posted on your social media outlets with timely information as well as curating direct messages into an easy digest for our clients daily. Depending on projects, some can be billed at one-tenth of an hour segments or every six minutes just the way a lawyer bills for phone calls. We recommend these services for any social outlet. For organic growth, we recommend a minimum of three days per week for one hour per outlet.

This is an ongoing service and is tailor made to fit your needs. We lump several ancillary services into this program which include website, plugin, and theme updating once per month to ensure everything on the backend continues to function correctly. Additionally we can help keep information current such as monthly promotions and sales. We charge a monthly sum and design labor is prepaid at a discount for $75 per hour and you will be billed for overages due to increased labor beyond your retainer at $100 per hour. Our basic package is hosting, ancillary backend services, and information updates of up to 4 hours per month starting at $500 per month. The two most important features of this monthly service is that our client has preferential and express treatment over other clients and potential clients and you receive a 33% discount on design services after the initial site build.

(We do reserve the right to use a reasonable work philosophy. For instance if you want an entirely new site designed because of a huge business pivot, that will not be at the discounted rate.)

Your customers see your website's front end, but the backend has to be stable for the front end to work properly. We ensure your plugins and themes are up to date and operating on the latest theme that makes sense, confirm external application connections are functioning, and keep your server up to date for you so you don't have to worry about it. This service starts at $200 per month as a stand-alone service and is included in your retained consulting services.
